So once again, I’m opening up my music email list to new people. I have been recording and collecting live music since the mid 1970’s. For the last three years I’ve had two friends who are audio techs transferring my cassettes to digital files. Many of these shows have not been in circulation for decades, if ever. The music runs the gamut from Rock to Blues, to Jazz, Reggae, Bluegrass, Funk, Folk and the Unexplainable. I send the shows out in emails using Google Drive. They stay up and available to download for about 3-4 days, then are taken down to make space for new shows. Artists that have gone out this month have been Willie Nelson, Santana, Pharoah Sanders, The Grateful Dead, Blue Cheer, Miles Davis, Taj Mahal, Adrian Belew, David Crosby, Frank Zappa, Col Bruce Hampton and the Fiji Mariner’s, Tab Benoit, Chicken Legs, Robert Palmer and Deep Purple.
